We founded Y.U.M VI Catering with the idea of bringing our family's masterful recipes to the forefront of the local St. Thomas, Virgin Islands food choice. We specialize in using locally sourced ingredients and old fashioned techniques to create home cooked meals that are delicious, full of flavor and oh so satisfying.
